This first floor apartment (second floor by American standards) has an exceptional private terrace (42 m 2), pool views and access to the large pool on the grounds.  It is situated in a large wooded estate with olive trees and a vineyard and room for quiet walks. 
 The apartment is large and very comfortable, with high ceilings and lots of natural light.  It is decorated in refined Provencal style. 
The bedroom has “French doors” with views of the wooded estate.  There is a large bed (1 M, 80) with an adjoining bathroom with large shower (1 M 10), sink and toilet.

The well-equipped kitchen is open to the living area and it also opens onto the terrace, where guests can dine while enjoying the beautiful views. 

There is a satellite TV, a  DVD player, and Wi Fi access.  There is a shared laundry on the ground floor of the building can be used upon request.   

 The apartment comfortably sleeps two people but it can accommodate a maximum of 4 people if the sleeper sofa (1 m 40) in the living area is used.  

 The apartment is rented for a minimum of one week (7 nights) and longer stays are encouraged.
